• Host Family (ONLY) may arrive 15 minutes before the start of the Party, to set up

COST:  2011

• $210   Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings       

• $240    Friday evenings,   Saturdays and Sundays  

• Deposit when finalizing booking:  $80 (non-refundable)    .                                          

CENTRE REQUIREMENTS:

• The supervision of children is the RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS (Ratio: 1 Adult to 7 Children)

• TRAMPOLINES: please TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES and only ONE AT A TIME

• Please eat and drink ONLY IN THE FOYER AREA  (not in the playing areas)

• Before leaving,  please clean tables and Kitchenette area, and sweep and mop the blue canteen and kitchenette areas

• You need to take your rubbish home (please bring a couple of large  garbage bags)

• Number of Children attending:  30  maximum

• Number of Adults attending:   20 maximum

• We ask you to "Cut the Cake"  at least  ½ an hour before the end of the Party.  This makes it a lot easier for your guests to leave when the Party time is over.

• Footwear on Green Taraflex Sports Floor:  runners/thongs/bare feet (not hard street shoes)

• Your receipt is your confirmation of booking.  PLEASE DO NOT RING TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

• Host Family (ONLY) may arrive 15 minutes before start of party to set up

  OUR BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKINGS FOR 2010 ARE COMPLETELY BOOKED OUT.  WE WILL BEGIN TAKING BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKINGS FOR 2011 ON  TUESDAY 7th  SEPTEMBER 2010 
  
  3 Ways to book Children-Teenager Birthday Parties for 2011:
  
  1.  Beginning from Tuesday 7th September 2010, you can call into the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Brunswick,  on  Tuesdays to Fridays between 3:15 pm - 5pm, or  on Saturdays between 9:30 am - 11:30 am or between 2:30 pm - 5pm, or on  Sundays between 2:30 pm - 5pm.   If these times aren't convenient, please ring to arrange a suitable time.  You will need to  fill in the Birthday Booking Form and pay the Deposit.  Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

  2.  You can ring the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Brunswick (03-9386-7563), on or after 7th September 2010,  and speak with Fr Peter Kerin to make a tentative booking.  You will then have 7 days to come to the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Brunswick  to fill in the Birthday Booking Form and pay the Deposit.  Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

You can fill in the Email Birthday Party Request  Form below ( on or after 7th September 2010), and send it to me.  I will email or ring you to confirm your tentative booking.  You will then have 7 days to come to the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Brunswick  to fill in the Birthday Booking Form and pay the Deposit.  Please note that we are closed on Mondays.
